Dental Practice Advisory & Transitions Firm Donates Over $4,000 To Charity In 2020

February 16, 2020 | Cleveland, OH — PMA Practice Transitions, a regional practice advisory and transitions firm, announces that it has donated more than $4,000 to 9 local organizations in 2020 for a total of $10,550 since the inception of its “giveback” program; further embracing the company’s efforts to make a positive impact in the communities it serves.

A multi-faceted solution for professionals looking for help buying a practice, transitioning out of their practice and everything in between, PMA Practice Transitions began donating a portion of all dental practice sales to local charities chosen by PMA clients. In 2020, over $4,000 was donated to: City Mission of the Evangelical Churches of Erie, PA; Make-A-Wish Foundation; Cincinnati Dental Society – Leave No Vet Behind; Case Western Reserve Dental School; Wounded Warriors Project; Cincinnati Dental Society – Leave No Vet Behind; Alzheimer’s Foundation of America | UH Portage Medical Center; St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank.

Since beginning the giveback program in late 2017, donations totaling more than $10,000 have been made to: Youngstown State University Foundation; Special Love for Children with Cancer; Rich Center for Autism; Project Endeavor Church of Saint Colette; Hebrew Free Loan of Pittsburgh; Stark County Dental Society Charitable Foundation; Wounded Warrior Project; Alzheimer’s Foundation; Jewish Family Experience; Flagler Playhouse; The Cincinnati Oratory; Saint Peter CYO; Chester Co-Op Preschool; National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

“We are so excited to continue this giveback program as a way to show our appreciation and gratitude to our clients in a positive way,” said Matt Scherer, PMA president. “This was our biggest year yet for donations.”
